Join us on Saturday December 2nd, 2023 in Peyton, CO from 9:30-11am to experience the powerful effects of sound healing. Think of it like pushing a reset button. A Sound Bath can help you rest and recover from a stressful week while providing other benefits like a more restful nights sleep, enhanced energy, pain relief, feelings of overall wellbeing and balance, while stimulating immune function and blood flow. This modality is a great addition to any health and wellness routine.
Please bring a yoga mat and or sleeping pad, pillow, and blankets. The idea is to be as comfortable as possible during the session. Other suggestions: ear plugs if you have sensitive ears or an eye mask to limit distraction.
There are some blankets / yoga mats provided by Perfect Fit Wellness Center.
