About the event
Join us on Saturday March 11th in Peyton, CO from 9:30-10:30am If you are in need of some relaxation and rejuvenation. This meditation and sound bath is designed to help you rest and recover from a long week. We will start by setting intentions for the session and moving into a guided meditation, followed by a sound therapy session. Please bring a yoga mat and anything you might need to be comfortable during the session (i.e. blankets, pillows, eye mask, etc.)
You are invited to join us for a free yoga class before the event at 8am offered by David Corder.
